These terms govern your use of straterai.com and any software Straterai makes available under them. Straterai is operated by Garrison Bryant, a Florida corporation, with offices at 309 S Fremont Ave, Tampa, Florida. If you use this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
If you are a Straterai client, your relationship with us is governed by your signed agreement and its statements of work. Those documents control. Nothing on this page modifies, limits, or replaces them, and where this page conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Straterai builds software for its own internal operations. That software, including our accounting integration, is licensed solely to Straterai and its personnel for internal business use.
It is not offered to the public, not sold, not distributed, and not listed in any application marketplace. No third party is granted a license to it. It connects only to business systems Straterai owns and reads and writes only Straterai's own records. If you have arrived at this page from an application listing or an authorization screen, this is what that application is: an internal tool operated by Straterai on its own accounts.
You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and contact us through it. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system behind it, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material.
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.
The content, design, and code of this site belong to Straterai unless marked otherwise. Our name and logo are ours. Quoting our writing with attribution is welcome. Reproducing the site wholesale, or presenting our material as your own, is not.
Where an engagement transfers intellectual property to a client, that transfer is set out in the signed agreement and is not affected by this page.
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Anything published here is general information, not professional advice, and you should not act on it without your own diligence.
This section does not limit any warranty we have given a client in a signed agreement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Straterai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the greatest extent permitted. Again, liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not this page.
How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy. Using this site means you have read it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
